There are cases when Vilfo's support service may ask you to submit diagnostics. The diagnostics is an archive with different logs that helps to investigate and catch possible unexpected behaviors.

Diagnostics can be submitted from the System page by clicking the Send diagnostics button located under the Actions section:

In the new window that pops up, you need to briefly describe the issue you face and click Send:

Note: diagnostics is submitted from the admin email address used during your initial Vilfo configuration. You can verify or change it in the General page under the Admin account section. If you contact support from a different email address, please specify that in the description so that we can link your diagnostics with the appropriate support ticket.
