If you purchase a Vilfo our support team will always be here to help you out and fix any issues you may experience. However, if you find that Vilfo is not what you expected, you can always return it to us within 14 days of you receiving your shipment. We will refund you the full amount for your Vilfo, excluding shipping fees.

All returns must include the following to be eligible for a full refund:

  • The Vilfo router with no physical (cosmetic or otherwise) damage or alterations

  • Original packaging

  • All accessories, including both antennas, power adapter, power cable, networking cable and the QuickStart guide

If any of the accessories or the packaging is not included in your return, you may still be eligible for a refund, but be charged an additional fee due to the cost of replacing or refurbishing the missing accessories or packaging.

If you wish to receive a refund, please contact our support team first so that we can send you a shipping parcel with the correct shipment information.
