If your Vilfo is correctly plugged in but have no internet connectivity, it is possible that your ISP has locked your internet connection to the MAC address of your previous router. 

Change the MAC address of Vilfo

  1. Go to Network

  2. Locate WAN settings

  3. Enter the desired MAC address to MAC address field. It's case insensitive.

  4. Click Update

Vilfo will now have changed its MAC address.
