When you're contacting a VPN provider's customer support, they may ask you for the OpenVPN log in order to get a better understanding of the issue you're experiencing. 

  1. Go to Menu -> Devices
  2. Locate the group you want to retrieve the OpenVPN log for
  3. On the right-hand side of the screen, locate and press the Log button

Clicking the Log button will open a new window containing the OpenVPN log.
