If your Vilfo is correctly plugged in but have no internet connectivity, it is possible that your ISP has locked your internet connection to the MAC address of your previous router. 

Change the MAC address of Vilfo

Activate LUCI UI

  1. Go to General
  2. Locate LUCI UI
  3. Check the box labeled Enabled
  4. Click Update

Change the MAC Address

  1. Once LUCI is enabled, navigate to LUCI UI
  2. Enter root as username
  3. Enter your admin password as password
  4. Navigate to Network -> Interface -> WAN
  5. Click Advanced settings
  6. Locate the field Override MAC address
  7. Enter the desired MAC address
  8. Click Save & Apply

Vilfo will now have changed its MAC address.
